I wanted you to know you are in my thoughts today.
It has been almost two weeks since the Angels took
me away.
I looked down from the Realm of Light and saw lots
of tears
I wanted to share a secret to alleviate your fears.
I am no longer aching and my youth has been restored.
I am just a younger version of the one you so adored.
This is a furry community called Heaven above your
blue sky.
I know you still are asking "why did you
take my pet on high?"
I was needed here to ease the entrance for more
to come.
I am the chosen story recorder for this vast Pet
Kingdom
They needed someone from earth who was
so cherished but
old and gray.
They knew I was so loved and wanted and pampered
along the way
There are many who only felt hardship
and never
knew a mom or dad
My job was to prepare them for a life they were
about to have
Here everyone is equal and every day is good
The furry ones are cared for as they start out
again
from kitten and puppy hood.
They are so excited as they mew and bark and
sing and play
Those without someone waiting will receive a
Master
or Mistress on this very day.
I am in turn waiting for the moment I will be
reunited with you
I am ultimately blessed knowing I am loved by
not just one but two
We on both ends are biding time till we will
reunite and love again.
You will indeed sing out with joy when you Cross
our way! Amen
